Located in Manhattan, New York, the project is a multi-story townhouse with an area of approximately 7,300 square feet. The design preserves the historic street-facing facade and its established relationship to the urban context while comprehensively reconstructing the building's internal structure, floor systems, stairways and spatial organization.

新的设计以当代住宅生活方式为基础，重新组织建筑内部的垂直交通、 自然采光以及公共与私密空间的层级。在延续历史外观与街区尺度的同时， 通过结构重建与空间整合，建立清晰、开放且适应现代生活的住宅空间体系。

The new design is organized around contemporary residential life, restructuring vertical circulation, natural light and the hierarchy between public and private spaces. While maintaining the historic exterior and the scale of the surrounding neighborhood, structural reconstruction and spatial integration establish a clear, open and adaptable framework for modern living.
